Designer Biography
Bruno Gecchelin (Milan, 1939) is an Italian designer and architect who trained at the Politecnico di Milano. He began his career in 1962 in the design office at Olivetti, including collaboration with Ettore Sottsass, before founding his own studio. He designed furniture, lighting, and objects for companies such as O‑Luce, Arteluce, Fratelli Guzzini, Indesit, Venini, and Poltrona Frau, earning multiple Compasso d’Oro awards.
