Trix & Robert Haussmann

Robert Haussmann (1931–2021) was a leading figure in Swiss postwar design. Together with Trix Haussmann, he founded the Allgemeine Entwurfsanstalt studio, blending architecture, interiors, and objects into a distinctive visual language. Influenced by Bauhaus, Dada, and Swiss avant-garde culture, his work combined functional rigor with irony, creating narrative-driven spaces and iconic designs that reshaped European interior culture.
