Adriano Piazzesi

Adriano Piazzesi (Florence, 1923 – 2009) was an Italian designer, painter, and sculptor, active in furniture and object design from the postwar period to the early 2000s. Trained in architecture, he developed a design approach focused on the relationship between form and user. He created chairs, sofas, and furnishings with soft, organic shapes and also designed exhibition stands and installations, helping to promote Italian design internationally.
