Designer Biography
Luigi Massoni (Milan, 1930 – 2013) was an Italian architect, designer, publisher, and editor, recognized as a pioneer of modern Italian design. He began his career in the 1950s in Milan and helped develop some of the earliest modular systems for kitchens and homes. Massoni served as art director for Boffi and worked with companies including Poltrona Frau, Fratelli Guzzini, iGuzzini, Gallotti & Radice and Nazareno Gabrielli, creating furniture, lighting, and design objects that blend functionality with elegance.
