Meret Oppenheim

Meret Oppenheim (Berlin, 1913 – Basel, 1985) was a Swiss artist and designer, one of the most iconic figures of Surrealism. Known for works that transform everyday objects in unexpected ways, such as the famous “Breakfast in Fur”, she worked across painting, sculpture, jewelry, and design.
