Gastone Rinaldi (Milan, 1920 – 1999) was an Italian designer and a pioneer in metal furniture and object design in the postwar years. Based mainly in Milan, he founded the company Rinaldi/Rima in the 1950s, focusing on chairs, tables, and furnishings characterized by lightness, functionality, and clean lines. His works combine technical innovation, elegance, and modern spirit, helping to establish Italian industrial design.
