A rare find from the early 1960s, this lamp remains a timeless choice for mid-century modern, industrial, or minimalist interiors, and is highly sought after by collectors and design enthusiasts alike.
Designed in 1963 by the acclaimed Italian designer Sergio Mazza for Artemide, the Clio pendant lamp is a quintessential piece of early modern Italian lighting design. This iconic suspension lamp features a sophisticated satined gray glass globe, emitting a soft, ambient glow that enriches any interior with warmth and elegance. The standout element of the Clio is its polished chrome-plated metal band, which wraps horizontally around the sphere, providing a striking contrast to the muted translucence of the glass. The clean, geometric form and refined materials are hallmarks of Mazza’s design philosophy, blending functionalism with aesthetic purity.
